选项
A、admit
B、consider
C、confess
D、recognize
答案
D
解析
词义辨析题admit to sth./doing sth.“承认,供认,招认(常为不情愿地),坦白某事物”;consider sb./sth.as sth.“认为,视某人(某事物)为……”;confess(to sth./doing sth.)/~(sth.)(to sb.)“承认(错误、罪行等),供认,坦白”;recognize sb./sth.(as sth.)“承认某人(某事物)有效或属实,认可”。此处指政府拒绝承认街边摊贩为食物供应体系之一,consider强调主观认为,视作,而recognize更侧重(官方)承认,认可。故选D。
