答案 Teacher,Please Stay! The picture reflects the underdevelopment of education in rural areas of China. In the picture, children are begging their teacher to stay. Although having guilty feeling, the teacher couldn’t help himself but flying to a better place. Just look at the shabby teaching building, if you were this teacher, you would make the same choice. The serious brain-drain of teachers is not rare in rural areas of our country. Although the popularization of Chinese compulsory education has been great, there is still a big gap between urban and rural education. The unceasing brain-drain of teachers in rural areas would widen this gap. Teachers are always thought to have good moral characters and noble sentiments. So we take it for granted that teachers in rural areas should stand the poor life and sacrifice everything to education. The truth is that teachers are, at first, ordinary human beings. They have families; they also want to give their loved ones a better life. Instead of blaming these teachers, we should consider more about how to improve their working and living conditions. Rural children should have the same education with urban children, because they are both the future of China. So reserving teachers for these children is the first step we should take.
