Excessive use of the cell phone is not only bad for their sight, but induces some disease. Thirdly, the cell phone has come to be much of a nuisance. Users often receive junk or deceptive text messages a day. Some companies go so far as to use the cell phone as a means of advertisement. There are other negative effects to the cell phone. However, we have to admit that its benefits outweigh its harm. What counts is to use it properly in order to ensure your mental and physical health.
