答案 The Obesity Problem in China During the Past Six Years As is shown in the chart, the number of fat people in China has increased rapidly from 2010 to 2013, with a maximum growth of 19 million per year. However, from 2013 to 2015, the growth of obese plunged. Compared with the previous year, the obese only increased 3 million in 2014, and 7 million in 2015. There are many reasons for the increasing trend of obesity in our country. First, there is less and less physical labor for modern people to do. Since people spend most of their time engaging in daily office work instead of physical exercise, their physical conditions get worse. Commuting by cars instead of walking also leads to a general decline in their muscle strength. Second, changes of lifestyle and diet can also cause obesity. At last, fast-paced life and more life stress can make people get fat easily. However, it’s can be seen that, in recent years, people’s awareness of obesity is gradually improving, and more and more people begin to recognize the importance of healthy diet and lifestyle. But it is far from enough. To control obesity, the important thing is perseverance. If people can keep a healthy diet and doing more exercises everyday, they will surely have a healthy body.
