As the improvement of city dwellers’ life, more and more bought personal cars for the convenience of doing things instead of taking buses, and many families even own more than one car. Some people who can’ t afford a personal car tend to take taxi, because they think the buses are too crowded and move too slowly. Therefore, the number of taxies also increases remarkably. But the explosion of personal cars and taxies, together with other vehicles has not only polluted the environment, but also caused serious traffic problems. Traffic jams occur frequently and people in the car become anxious for fear of being late to work, but without any solution. What they can do is just to wait. So how to solve the traffic jam problem? One effective way is to lift the oil price. Another solution to this problem is to improve the price for taking a taxi, which has been conducted in Beijing.
