(3) Divide students into groups of four, and ask them to share and perfect the notes that they just took. They need to make a list of the ingredients and procedures of making dumplings. And then ask some of them to share their notes. Give them some supplements if necessary. Step 2 While-writing (4 minutes) Give students 4 minutes to write a recipe for dumplings. They need to pay attention to the cooking steps, spelling, grammar and linking words. Step 3 Post-writing (6 minutes) (1) Self-editing and Peer-editing Students need to check their own writing, and then exchange their articles with their deskmates to polish the recipe.
