Some doctors are taking an unusual new approach to communicate better with patients—they are letting【C1】_________read the notes that physicians normally share only with each other.
After meeting with patients, doctors typically jot【C2】_________notes on a range of topics, from musings about possible diagnoses to observations about【C3】________a patient is getting along with a spouse. And doctors say they worry that some medical terms can be taken the【C11】_________way by patients.
For instance, 【C12】_________phrase "the patient appears SOB"【C13】_________to shortness of breath, not a derogatory designation. And OD is short for oculus dexter, or right eye, 【C14】_________for overdose.
Medical providers have been stepping up efforts to improve doctor-patient communication, in part【C15】_________studies show it can result in better patient outcomes. The introduction of electronic medical records in recent years has helped to achieve that.

答案
them
解析
这句话表达的意思是“有些医生正在采取一种不同寻常的新方法以达到与患者更好沟通的目的。他们会让患者读医生们通常只与同事分享的笔记。”这里缺少宾语,应用“them”指代前面提及的“patients”。
