While they are committed to work, they neglect the importance of daily exercise. First of all, daily exercise can keep us healthy. If we stay in the office all day long, it is better that we spend half an hour jogging. This would relax the tension in our spinal cord. Daily exercise also facilitates the metabolism in our body and speeds up the blood cycle. Besides, after one long day’s work, our mind gets tired.
