答案 Computer Networks Computer networks have enabled us to do a number of things more easily and quickly. There is no doubt that the greatest invention in last century is computer. Now computer networks are playing an important and indispensable part in all the aspects ranging from scientific research to our daily life. By means of computer networks, we can have access to almost all kinds of information and do almost all kinds of things. However, if not properly dealt with, Internet would bring problems too. Besides its convenience, it can contribute to many problems. For example, some people may use Internet to commit crimes. Besides the information we need, there is always plenty of harmful information on the Internet. Some young people are so addicted to Internet that they can by no means pull themselves out of it. Therefore, the safety of networks has increasingly become a public concern. That’s not surprising why many people put forward that we should establish laws to make better use of its advantages and to reduce its disadvantages. We should not only take reasonable measures to regulate people’s actions over the net, but also try to create a clean and safe Internet environment.
