问题 Maison Plan is a recently created company with a mission to provide private homeowners with good quality, ongoing support services which are designed to keep our clients’ homes looking beautiful, well-maintained and in good repair.
As part of our growth, we are seeking to recruit a small number of handymen/multi-skilled tradespeople to deliver our services inside the M25 area—mainly London at present.
    Successful candidates will have at least three years’ experience and will be expected to carry out repairs and maintenance works both reactive and planned. An average day will involve visiting 3-5 clients, solving the vast majority of issues on a first visit.
    We are looking for candidates with all, or most, of the following skills: carpentry (木工). plumbing (管道工程), basic electrics, general repairs, tiling, lock changes, and general maintenance.
    In addition, we are looking for people with these characteristics:
       Reliability and responsibility
       Willingness to be flexible over working methods and hours
       Good communication with work colleagues and clients
       Enthusiasm for always doing an excellent job
       Good personal presentation
       Ability to self-motivate
       Problem solver
    This is a long-term role for those looking to make a career, and advancement to Team Leader/Manager is a possibility for those that demonstrate suitable ability.
