    Dear Mr. Stuart,
    On behalf of Mr. Leon Milton, I am writing to thank you for your kind invitation for Mr. Milton to attend the annual convention in Miami Beach on 21st/22nd March, and congratulations on taking on the presidency this year for the Young Presidents’ Club.
    Unfortunately Mr. Milton already has prior business commitments on those dates and is unable to accept nor give the luncheon talk on 22nd. He has a stockholders’ meeting on 21st March and the following day has to attend a Board of Directors meeting.
    However, Mr. Milton said it would be nice to renew acquaintances and perhaps you could meet up for a lunch or dinner meeting here in New York when convenient to you both. Mr. Milton looks forward to that opportunity in the not too distant future.
