答案Quality of Life is Much More Than a Job Nowadays, most young people view a job mainly as a way of making money, and hold that the more money a job can make, the better it is. In some way, money has become the criterion of life quality. Although it is quite reasonable to pursue material comfort and monetary success, there are more important aspects concerning quality of life. For my part, quality of life is much more than a job. First, a life of high quality should be one of constant progress. By accomplishing the tasks, we may find ourselves capable of solving many problems. When being challenged by tougher assignments, we can learn a lot more. Thus, the process of work is a process of challenging ourselves, making constant progress, and improving ourselves. Moreover, our horizons can be broadened when we cope with complicated situations, and it maybe has something to do with the formation of our bettering personality, such as making us strong-minded. These are more important than material success. Second, a life of high quality should be one in which we can realize our own personal value. In other words, we do a job to fulfill ourselves, apart from earning money. In this way, we can feel that we are useful to the society and our existence is meaningful. By making considerable devotion to the society can we get the respect from other people and enjoy a kind of satisfaction. Third, a life of high quality should be one which consists of social activities and communication. In the process of doing jobs, many opportunities to contact with other people are available. We are provided with occasions where we meet more people and take part in more social activities. Social life, which is a quite essential part of our life, makes our life more colorful. All in all, a life of high quality should be one in which we can make constant progress, realize our own personal value and be involved in social activities and communication, rather than focus on how much money we can make. Though financial success can be important to some extent, it can not overweigh some other spiritual aspects in life. There are more goals for us to pursue in our life.
