To: All Employees
All of the outside windows will be washed and cleaned during the third week of May. Every employee must securely lock all windows the day workers are to do cleaning your side windows of the office building. Please refer to the schedule below for more information about the sequence of regular window cleaning.
May 16: West and south sides of the building from the 15th floor down
May 17: Continuing on the west and south sides until late afternoon
May 18: East and north sides of the building from the 15th floor down
May 19: Continuing on the east side only until completed
May 20: Finishing the north side
The regular window cleaning will go as scheduled. But this schedule may be altered according to circumstances such as weather conditions and the pace of work. If you need any assistance in closing your side windows, please contact me at extension 603.
Should you have any specific questions concerning this notice and schedule, please call our personnel manager, Mr. Brian Wright, on extension 909.

As you know, we have regular window cleaning next week. But I’ll be out of town all next week, so please make sure to close and lock all of our side windows.
I think you remember the regular window cleaning last year. Mr. Hans left one of our side windows open a crack, and some important documents and our laptop computers were totally soaked with water.
I’ve already moved my laptop computer and file folders away from the side windows and hope you do the same. Please don’t forget that the windows of our office will be cleaned right after those of the 15th floor on May 18.
