M: Hello, this is Daniel Fisher from HSA Inc.(51, 52)I am supposed to meet with your marketing manager this Wednesday at three, but I’m afraid(50)I have to change our appointment because there is an unexpected matter in my office. Can you reschedule our meeting for sometime later this week?
W:(52)I think Mr. Morgan is quite busy this week. Would you like to make an appointment for a later date?
M: Well, I was hoping to meet him this week if possible, but if there’s no alternative, then I can reschedule. What would be the earliest date?
W: I can set an appointment for next Friday at two o’clock. If that’s okay for you, I will make an appointment and let him know about the new time.
