What will happen next week?

We recently modified our editorial manual, so I want to discuss some changes to our procedures that we are going to implement, starting next week. You all understand that we commission authors to write books for us. Before authors start to develop a manuscript, section editors have to meet with them to talk about the objectives of the book and the target date of its completion. As editors, you not oniy correct grammatical errors, but also review the content. Make sure all the facts and figures stated in the book are correct. We have to make sure that the materials we publish are free of errors. If you have queries regarding the contents of books, schedule an appointment with the authors and clarify matters with them.
