The chart given above reflects the elements of employees’ loyalty to a company. These elements are flexible time (accounting for 68%), convenient commute (taking up 78%), healthcare benefits (occupying 86%), retirement benefits (accounting for 87%) and a good manager / boss (the highest proportion, 90%). According to the bar chart, we know that a good manager / boss is the most important element in increasing company loyalty. For one thing, an excellent manager is capable of finding staff’s advantages and putting them in a proper position, which enables employees to bring their talents and potentials into full play. Secondly, a considerate boss is able to help improve their staff’s working skills, which makes them feel that working for a good boss is a happy and rewarding experience. Last but not least, a good manager tends to build a positive and harmonious working atmosphere which enables their employees to work efficiently. Employees’ loyalty is of great importance to the sustainable development of a certain company. A good manager plays the utmost role in the improvement of employees’ loyalty. Hence, the manager / boss of a company should try to be charismatic to make employees’ loyalty strengthened.
