I am sending this letter to contest the billing charges for the catering service you provided for Zaider Corporation last Saturday night. During the occasion, my staff noticed that the buffet menu differed from the one included in the package we had selected. I mentioned this to your head waiter, but he indicated that he was not told to provide bottomless drinks. As a result, the additional soft drinks consumed that night were charged to my running total.
I am seriously disappointed with what happened. I request that you personally look into the matter, as I will not submit my payment until the excess costs of the entrees and extra charges for the drinks have been deducted from the total. A copy of our contract is enclosed for your reference.
