答案　　Yes, I think it’s very common for people in China to change jobs, especially young people who have just started their career. Young people usually change jobs within 3 years of their first job. I think this is because they’re still looking for jobs that fit their values. It’s also convenient for them to find new jobs because information moves very fast on the Internet these days. I think elder people, and people who have worked for the same company more than 10 years, don’t change jobs very often. They tend to stay at the same job because they’ve gained much experience from that job.
