答案 I choose topic A—what is important when marking a new brand. Regard with this topic, in my opinion, here are three factors I will make a discussion. To begin with, design of logo can be interesting factor to think about. As a consumer, we can be attracted by wonderful brand with beautiful design. If the color and shape are all very charming and vivid, more consumers will pay attention on our brand and product. It will be of significance for our better understanding and high emotions. Next, target consumers is a main factor for selection. So what the consumers are interested determines which kind of brand and product they will choose. So the first step of your selection is to locate the type of your related consumers. Finally, cost is another important factor. Is this new brand is proper for its price? And only you can afford the cost, and it is worth that price, we can make money. I choose topic B — what is important when aiming to sell goods on the internet. Regarding this topic, there are three points I want to discuss here. To start with, delivery time is an indispensable point. Since selling goods on internet is a direct way of business, and the buyer can not get the goods right now. So the delivery time should be calculated and told to consumers. And the time should be short, because of the feature of business on internet. In addition, with many competitors on internet, you should give special offers to attract more consumers , such as discount and free postage and so on. Finally, the range of sending goods should also be considered. Different from the regular business, all people around the country are able to buy goods on internet. Therefore, the wide range of goods can attract various consumers. Then the sales will increase quickly. In conclusion, delivery time, special offers and the range of goods are all important points when aiming to sell goods on internet. I choose topic C—what is important when aiming to attract new staff. As for this topic, there are three points to mention here. In the first place, in attracting new staff, what counts is the reputation of the company. Whether the agency is reliable and offers high-quality service are essential for the success of attracting new staff. So the reputation is an important temptation that the new staff can not resist. Besides, competitive wages is also very important. High wages on the same position can arouse the job hunters’ attention. The candidates will tend to choose the higher one for the same task. Last but not least, future development is always something preferable. The new stuff may want to find a company where they can develop their ability and enrich themselves for a better future. To sum up, reputation, competitive wages and future development are all important elements when aiming to attract new staff.
