答案To whom it may concern, I am writing the letter for the purpose of complaining some problems about my refrigerator which I bought from your store three days ago. It was a great pleasure to me when the refrigerator arrived. But it is regrettable for us to have found some faults of its function. Firstly, the food preserved in it goes bad quickly as it doesn’t function at all. Secondly, we could not adjust the temperature to adapt for utility. Finally, the door cannot be opened without extravagant strength. Taking into consideration what has been discussed above, 1 strongly demand that you should change a new one for me or refund my money in full.
