答案 Positive Aspects of Sports I used to be a shy boy, keeping distance from others. At 15, I started to play badminton and gradually I became extroverted and talkative. From my own experience, the positive aspects of sports are keeping me healthy and changing my personality. First of all, doing sports regularly would help us stay healthy. It is reported that 30 minutes of cardio exercise every other day will reduce the risk of heart disease by 50% . People, who do sports regularly, according to another report, are recorded better in vital capacity and bone density. Also, when we do sports, we sweat. The toxic materials will be cleansed and discharged through the process of sweating. This helps to keep our body in balance. Secondly, we become more outgoing when doing sports. If we are in a football team or basketball team, we must communicate with our fellow players to strategize and to comment on other’s performance. In this process, we learn to express our ideas and talk to each other. Even if we play single tennis or badminton, with no teammates, we still have to deal with our coach and our opponents. Few sports allow an interpersonal vacuum. In conclusion, sports are beneficial to our healthy body and our energetic personality. Stand up and let’s do some sports.
