Real world experience is a good idea to bring students to reality. Placement office can certainly give students more effective information because it has had years of experience in doing that. In addition, special guidance should be given to students who are not prepared. If those measures are put to practice, and if there are other effective measures, students will find it more comfortable to confront the challenge of job hunting. Although it is not a solution to all the problems, it helps the students to make the first step: understand oneself and the reality. No doubt, the success of the first step is of great significance in their job hunting.
