答案 In the picture, a classroom is featured. A teacher is holding a pair of scissors and ready to cut the wings on the back of his students. As a matter of fact, two students’ wings have already been cut into pieces on the ground, and another three are about to join them. This picture, implicitly, deplores the destructive damage that unreasonable education has done to young students. The wings, indicative of dreams and imagination, are clipped by the teacher who forces his students to conform to a singular standard. As a student myself, I wish that teachers would reexamine their practices about setting a one-size-fits-all standard for students. To make sure students get a good grade in the exams nowadays, they are asked to memorize the "correct" answers, without even understanding what those answers really mean. This is absurd, because the purpose of education is to train independent thinkers who dare to dream and take action to realize them, not to churn out massive machines with a drained brain. To conclude, one size does not fit all students. It is imperative that teachers educate students in accordance with their aptitude.
