Louis Cheskin, whose research into the 【C2】psy________of marketing began in the 1930s, was a pioneering specialist in the field. And there was another surprise: even after trying out these identical products, people overwhelmingly preferred those in the package with the circles. Despite increasing consumer sophistication, Cheskin’s original concept still works.
