Since it takes only a computer with Internet connections to work, study, and even entertain, people become indifferent and solitary. For another, spending excessive time and energy on the Internet, without doubt, leads to a variety of diseases, such as cervical spondylosis and shoulder periarthritis. Knowing what are the benefits of the Internet and making wise use of it create excellence. On the one hand, we can take advantage of the Internet to obtain knowledge and information conducive to our study and work.
