Or, put another way, not only does the Internet offer a lot of convenience, but it brings about curses. For one thing, the long hours spent on the virtual world will weaken people’s social skills. Since it takes only a computer with Internet connections to work, study, and even entertain, people become indifferent and solitary. For another, spending excessive time and energy on the Internet, without doubt, leads to a variety of diseases, such as cervical spondylosis and shoulder periarthritis. Knowing what are the benefits of the Internet and making wise use of it create excellence. On the one hand, we can take advantage of the Internet to obtain knowledge and information conducive to our study and work. On the other hand, we should balance our time spent on online contact and activities in real life. Only in this way will we not be led by the nose, fall from grace and head for destruction.
