When we are confronted with adversities and frustrations, we need to keep an optimistic mind and regard them as a learning process from which we can draw lessons and accumulate experience of life. Adversities and frustrations are inevitable in our life, work, and study, which are what we must go through to grow up. We learn how to deal with difficulties from the hard and even miserable experiences. Therefore we should embrace the difficult experiences as it is such a valuable opportunity for us to grow up.
