答案 People value different things about a job; some people are looking for adventure, while others prefer to have security. A job with lots of travel and opportunities to meet new people may sound glamorous and attractive, but I definitely prefer a job that allows me to stay in the same place with the same coworkers. First of all, if you work with the same people every day, you can get to know them better and build strong working relations. By this I mean that you can learn to cooperate and work as a team with your coworkers. When you work with different people all the time, you have to work more independently without the support of a team. Another advantage of working with the same people is that you can learn more from others. Observing other people and solving problems together can help you gain valuable experience. In contrast, short relationships with people tend to be more superficial. Finally, although traveling to different places sounds attractive, in fact it is very tiring. A hotel room in New York is probably quite similar to one in Istanbul or London. If you are traveling for work, you probably won’t have much chance to explore the city and go sightseeing. Although working in the same office every day may sound boring and monotonous, at least you can go home after work. Spending time at home with your family is an important way to relax, and you cannot do this if you are traveling. In conclusion, although traveling sounds exciting, I believe that it is better to work in a fixed location with the same people. Getting to know people well and having enough time to relax are the things that I value most in a job.
