答案 Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction with one course of your school. I enrolled in this training course two weeks ago to prepare for IELTS. The course, as suggested by the pamphlet of your school, aims to help students improve vocabulary and speak fluent English. The advertisement also claims that the course is taught by well-qualified teachers, who can help us acquire a foreign language effectively within one month. There is, however, a gap between these claims and the quality of the class. First of all, the class was oversized, and the teacher was not able to adapt class materials to suit the needs of different students. The teaching methods are another problem. The teacher required us to learn vocabulary by rote, and I have found that pronunciation remains a problem. I would like to suggest some changes to this course. Students of different levels should be assigned to different courses, so high-level groups can progress at a faster pace. It is also important to give us more opportunities to practise vocabulary rather than learning it by heart. I am looking forward to developments in the course. Yours faithfully
