M: Have you finished your term paper? I handed it in last Thursday.
W: I finished typing it at five o’clock this morning. I have to hand it in by noon today.

W: It’s too bad that you missed the class today. Prof. Marks outlined the entire fifth chapter. He said most of the exam will come from that.
M: That means I’ll have to do twice as much work for the exam.
