Hi, Sara,
I know you have been so busy recently. Nevertheless, I am glad to hear that you want to work out with me. I left a flyer on your desk when I left for the day this afternoon. I’d like to tell you a few things before we meet tomorrow at the weekly meeting. From my experience Bill was great. Although I haven’t taken his new class, I will add it to my regular workout routine.
As you know I am now belonging to the company volleyball team. We have an important game later this year, so I’d like to strengthen my muscles. For you, though, it might be better to put off any classes that use weights until you have been exercising at the club for several months.
I’m sorry you can’t do mornings before work. I wanted to take the cycling class, but I’d rather work out with you.
