Good morning. I’m William Anderson. As founder and CEO, I’d like to welcome all of you to our company’s annual meeting.(80)I’d like to begin today’s meeting by introducing our new Chief Financial Officer, Amanda Bell. Amanda has worked here at HSA Corporation for almost 10 years.(81)She most recently held the position of head controller in the accounting department.(82)Amanda’s immediate focus will be our upcoming merger with Jesper Finance Co. which is set for March. This is an exciting time for our company and we are fortunate to have someone as knowledgeable as Ms. Bell on our staff. At this time, I’d like to welcome Amanda to the podium.
