答案Report on: the Fall of Sales Introduction The objective of this report is to analyze the current sales situation and suggest some possible solutions on how to increase sales in the next quarter. Findings The sales in the first quarter of 2009 were unsatisfactory, which indicates that we might have been deeply affected by the worldwide economic recession. TVs and heaters performed the worst with a fall of 1 ,000 in sales respectively. However, the demand for heaters usually falls when spring comes. It was also reported that the level of customer satisfaction plunged dramatically, which might trigger the decrease of our sales. As the consumption capacity is shrinking, there is an urgent need for us to improve the after-sales service to win more customers. Recommendation The current situation calls for our immediate action to introduce the employee bonus schemes to improve our business performance in sales in the next quarter.
