I choose topic A — what is important when participating in a business conference. Concerning this topic, as far as I know, there are three factors to mention. In the first place, it is important to listen carefully during the business conference. And only listening carefully can make you learn about what content the meeting really talks about, so that you can find your answers to the problem you want to know. Next, since you should grasp so much things in a rather short time in business conference, it is necessary for you to take notes on what is useful for you or your company. Beside, you cannot miss the important things. Last but not the least, putting up some questions is a good action in business conference. If you can put forward questions on the content of the business conference, it means you really catch the significance of it. In a word, listening carefully, notes and questions are all important elements when participating in a business conference. I choose topic B—what is important when preparing for a negotiation with a consumer. With respect to this topic, I think three items should be cared. For the first place, the basic product knowledge is the foundation for the inquiry. Only we master the necessary product knowledge we can understand consumer’s questions and difficulties. And then we can give them correct answer and solve their problems. Next, location of the entertainment is another factor. If we have fixed the type of our activity, we should choose a decent place with good environment. And the small noisy place should be avoided. In the end, after-service is the real guarantee for consumers. With good after-service, the consumers can enjoy their deserved benefits and their can be solved completely. High after-service quality will reduce the number of problems. When their problem is solved in time, they will not hesitate purchase your product again. So with good after-service, although we may have some problem, we also keep our old consumers. I choose topic C—what is important when introducing new computer software. For this topic, there are three points that I want to mention. Firstly, whether the software has enough potential benefits in the future market. Software is not disposable thing. The practical application is one of software’s strengthens. So we should choose the software with good potential function, so that we can use it as long as possible. Or, the software could be eliminated quickly, which is a waste of money and energy. Secondly, convenience to use is another necessary. We should consider the volume of our hard disk and find the suitable software to match with each other. The heavy configuration can slow down or even make your computer die. And not the best one with high price is also best for your computer. Please choose the proper one. Thirdly, our requirement is supposed to be considered. Why we buy software? Because we have some need. So our requirements or needs should be met by this software. That is, the software can do real help in our work. Therefore, the requirement is the basic point.
