As is known to all, under the present mode of education, it takes a long time and costs a lot to train people with high professional qualifications. And it has been common to see that a doctor can not go to work until the age of 30. Especially now, when people with high professional qualifications are in severe shortage, any waste of talents will intensify the situation.
