答案When it comes to clear up a misunderstanding, the following factors should be taken into consideration. The very first step we should take is to analyse the reasons. Only when we find the reasons can we put forward good suggestions and solutions. What’s more, we should try the utmost to find the solutions. There are several ways to realise the goal, such as communicating with other colleagues, asking for help from the managers and so on. Last but not least, we should try to communicate in a proper way. A face-to-face conversation may be the most desirable way, but if we can’t manage that, an e-mail clearly explaining the whole thing could be an alternative.
