I don’t mind working long hours and having only a few holidays, but I would like a reasonable wage, I’m not asking for a big increase but I do think we ought to be given enough to live on. In the present situation, I can hardly afford to support my family.
I wish the manager would improve the general office. It’s too hot in summer as there aren’t enough fans. In winter it’s very cold because there are no heaters. The desks where we work are very small and eight of us share a very small office, making it hard for us to concentrate on the work we’re doing.
