It was founded by two young IT grad students only 3 years back. 　　The company office is near to my home and the founders are friends of my relative, so, I know them well personally. I’ve visited their company for several times now, so I know something of this company including what kind of work they do and who works for this company. 　　This company is basically a web design and development company, which means it mainly designs and develops e-commerce websites for their clients. Also it writes some in-house software including content management software and accounting software. 　　When the two young entrepreneurs started the company, there were only 5 employees including the founders themselves. They had no more than 3 clients and their office was in one of the founder’s house. For the next 3 years, they’d kept their noses to the grindstone and gained much success. They can now afford to rent a huge office with a variety of amenities such as a canteen and a sport centre. They’ve also employed a large number of talented people and had a good client base. I’ve also heard that they’re making an enviable profit and the company will go public in the near future. It’s been proven to be a successful company because within 3 years they can make so much eye-catching progress. The company was recognised as the most promising IT firm in our town last year. Its success stories were reported in the local newspapers as well.
