W: Please turn down the television. I can’t hear anything my friend is saying on the phone.
M: Hurry up and finish your call.
W: Just turn it down.
M: OK.

W: I have eaten in so many restaurants during the past week that the thought of eating out again makes me sick.
M: I feel the same way, but there is no way to get out of this dinner appointment.
W: I hope I won’t have to eat out next week.
M: Me, too. I miss the family dinner.
