Starting Your Own Business University graduates usually seek employment with established companies, thinking it is too diffcult or expensive to start their own business. However,l believe the advantages in being self-employed make it worth the risks. First,it is much more interesting and exciting working for yourself. You have control over your life, and have the power to organise your day. For the simple reason that established businesses often are too busy to pursue new opportunities, which you will be free to exploit. Your professional development will be rapid, and you expose yourself to a wide variety of challenges. It is a very effective way of obtaining work experience. Second, there is a realistic chance that you can make a lot of money. Not many people get rich working for somebody else. As the boss, you write your own pay cheques. You may also begin with simple manual work, and since you are working for the richest people in the world started by working in their own small business, and there is plenty of scape for starting new ventures in today’s changing economic environment. In conclusion,I believe that starting your own business offers excellent possibilities for professional and financial advancement, and represents a priceless opportunity for a young graduate to fully develop himself or herself.
