This is essential to the continuing success of your business. In today’s competitive marketplace, if you don’t make good follow-up efforts you won’t attract and retain customers.
Businesses that put customers on the top priority can generate higher profits and get a greater market share. Your business will be more flourishing through the favourable word of mouth advertising.

In every small business, conflicts between businesses and their customers may arise from time to time. To our delight, most of them can be resolved quickly and efficiently.
For example, the problem can be resolved by listening to your customers, putting yourself in their position or asking for effective evidence to verify the facts if necessary. It is advised to negotiate face to face in a calm and reasonable manner. If you can’t reach an agreement, leave the issue to a higher level of management.

It is in the best interest of suppliers and consumers to make sure that unsafe consumer products are completely removed from the marketplace.
It would do harm to consumers’ health condition. Of course, our company will suffer a heavy loss. But remember that it is indeed a good lesson for us to learn from and on the other hand we should treat it as a chance to develop a good relationship with our consumers and other key clients.

The first thing you should figure out is your target customer. This will help you decide which communication channels will be most beneficial, face to face meeting, telephone contact, or perhaps a personal sales presentation.
You can also publicize your products through sales activities, advertising, publicity, and personal selling.
Last but not the least important measure you can resort to is collecting feedbacks from customers on your product. You can do this by interview or questionnaire.
Seventeen
To run a business successfully, you need to know your potential and existing customers and the market situation you are facing clearly. Assess regularly and correctly who are your competitors, what are their strengths and weaknesses, who are your customers and what they want, and whether there are any gaps in the market. Find out the new trends, customer requirements, newly launched products and what your competitors are doing.
All in all, get information from a variety of sources to help you gain an all-around view about your business.
