Thanks for visiting my office this morning. I watched the DVD you gave me about your company’s service and it was very impressive, and I’d like to open an account with your company if some conditions are met between us. As I mentioned, I have had a few problems recently with our products being damaged during shipment, and I am not certain that I want to continue using TPS Express to deliver merchandise to my customers.
Enclosed please find a detailed description of our shipping needs. The most important thing is that I must be able to continue providing my customers with an option to receive the next-day delivery of merchandise at a resonable price. I’d like to know what time of day I need to have merchandise ready to be picked up for shipping. Currently I must have it ready for pickup by 2: 00 p.m.
Please let me know as soon as possible since we normally receive a lot of orders from our customers in May. You can email me at the address on my business card I gave you this morning. Thank you.
