Any advancement in science and technology throughout the world is due to the improvement of education which brings up scientists and inventors. It is crucial to emphasize the important role of education. There is no doubt that countries with backward education will remain poor. Education is also vital when it comes to the development of individuals. Of all the elements of success in our career, none is more important than education. It is not genius but the knowledge that makes the difference between success and failure. In fact, most of the famous people of our times have spent many years studying. Therefore, I think college teachers should put more time and energy in teaching and developing their interests in acquiring more knowledge on campus.
