In the next 30 years, Bass added, smart machines and robots will【C9】______humans on the planet.
Bass presented some【C10】______ideas to help societies deal with the structural【C11】______generated by a robot-heavy workforce, including taxing economic output rather than income, or【C12】______a "negative income tax," in which governments pay citizens a subsidy in order to【C13】______a level of income.
