答案 As is vividly depicted in the cartoon, the little boy is writing, which abruptly comes into my view and successfully engages my attention. After a closer observation, ironically, we notice that he is writing some Chinese characters with pride and complacency on an ancient circumvallation: having visited here. Definitely, what the drawing has disclosed is the decline of tourists’ moral code, which highly deserves national-wide concern. Contributing factors behind the above phenomenon vary with individuals. Nevertheless, from my standpoint, the following two aspects should rank to the top. The first and foremost one is that the public have failed to attach great importance to ethical construction and their attention has been in a large part occupied by "making a difference". In addition, it is the Chinese education itself that gives excessive emphasis on rote learning and specific knowledge but neglects the reality—how to act appropriately in public area, for instance. Hence, teaching people how to behave themselves properly in daily life counts a lot. Based on the discussion above, it is high time for us to take actions to address this serious problem. Among all the methods, I prefer mass media for its worldwide influence. If we are all of one mind to put this right, there is no doubt that changes will follow.
