I purchased the Picto ClearShot XS2000 digital zoom camera online two weeks ago, and I was happy to finally receive it today.
Unfortunately, I found that I am missing the user’s manual, camera strap, and carrying case, as listed on the package contents. Although this problem does not completely hinder me from using the camera, I would like to have the strap and case for protection.
