What will Faisa Azbal speak about?

Good afternoon and welcome to our monthly business meeting. Let me first explain the order of the meeting. Our Treasurer Faisa Azbal will reveal the outlook for the fourth quarter of this fiscal year. She will answer questions the board of directors may have regarding her findings. This should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Following that, our Financial Director Eric Wentl will discuss where Optra can excel in the current business climate, specifically in our technology sector, which has seen improved growth. Our Human Resources Manager Fred Penget will then speak on the upcoming job openings within Optra and where he sees those positions benefiting the company. There are two openings set for this fall, and depending on how quickly the company grows, there could be two additional openings created. Following Fred’s talk, our Executive Director Wilma Seacress will make a special announcement that involves Optra joining forces with a large multinational corporation.
