M: Veronica, I need to call the furnishing store to order our shipment of paint to decorate our office, but I need to head to a meeting now. Is it okay if you do this?
W: That’s fine. The office will look great when we finish the makeover. I’m sure we’ll see a boost in our staff’s morale from working in a nicer environment.
M: I hope so. With regards to the redecorating, we only have $40 left in our budget. We have some blue paint already, so we just need some white to complete our color scheme. If you could get the most that our budget allows, that would be great.
W: I understand. I’ll let you know when everything is confirmed.
