Undoubtedly, with parents’ company, children are more willing to go outside and engage in physical activities, such as kite flying, cycling and jogging. Reducing their time spent on computers and smart phones is also a wise choice. I mean, nowadays, no kid can resist the temptation of appealing videos and games on the Internet. So regulating their screen time can effectively encourage them to do more exercise.
