答案 As is shown in the pie chart, companies employ talents mainly from six channels. Of them, recruiting website is the biggest channel which accounts for 34%, and the second is campus recruitment taking up 18%, followed by training institutions recruitment, social networks, and then acquaintance recommendation. The channel of new media such as Micro-blog and WeChat holds the least percent, only 10%. In my opinion, there are mainly two reasons explaining the above phenomenon. First of all, a great number of elite companies post recruitment information on recruiting websites while campus recruitment attracts the majority of college graduates, so traditional recruitment channels still have the dominant position. Besides, digital devices such as laptops, smart phones, i-pads are increasingly available to people, thus it’s convenient for people to find jobs on new media such as WeChat. To sum up, enterprises’ recruitment channels are more and more diversified. Therefore, applicants should attach importance to the new media and hunt jobs in the way that best suits them.
