In addition, most of the people will certainly be happy to see that their work or contribution to their companies is regarded on a fair basis. In this sense, a higher salary and bonus are the direct and preferable awards for most employees. But it should also be noted that they must be given according to the employees’ performances. Otherwise, people will be discouraged and made discontent if incompetent people are given promotion or bonus.
